INFORMATION POINT AND TRANSFERS INCLUDED
At the recommended hotels you will have a point providing information about the event organisation, as well as transfers to attend the Gala Dinner and the Commodities Exchange Day.
The package of rooms booked by the organisation is very large. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to extend your stay beyond the dates shown on our website.
Room bookings at the hotels for the event must be placed before 1st August 2010. Dated extended until 31st September.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The price includes bed, breakfast and the extra services we provide for your own convenience. These are net prices, subject to the rate of VAT payable in Spain on the date of purchase.
Rooms must be paid for when the booking is made so that we can guarantee the best possible services for all our guests.
