TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All invoices are issued by REUS BORSA 2010 AIE as the organiser of the 50th European Commodities Exchange except for those for additional items/services arranged by exhibitors, which will be invoiced by REUS DESENVOLUPAMENT ECONÒMIC S.A. (FIRA DE REUS). Each registration made represents an order. All prices are listed on the event web site with the exception of the additional items/services supplied by REUS DESENVOLUPAMENT ECONÒMIC S.A. (FIRA DE REUS).

Notification must be given in writing of all cancellations. Refunds will only be made where cancellations are notified within the periods specified below, depending on the product purchased. Refunds will be paid after the event, once the purchaser’s bank details have been obtained in order to make the transfer. No refunds will be made due to non-appearance, late arrival or bringing forward of departure dates. There is a deduction for administrative costs on all cancellations entitled to a refund (see details depending on product purchased). Requests to transfer registration to another person must be sent in writing to the organisation and approved by it.

All prices are net and subject to the rate of VAT payable in Spain on the date of purchase. All prices are given in euros.

REGISTRATION

Each participant must register individually for the Commodities Exchange events. To arrange a desk or stand at least one registration must have been completed for Commodities Exchange Day.

Special rate:
Advance registration for Commodities Exchange Day (up to 31st July 2010):
180.00 including 15.00 to cover administration costs.

This price will only apply if payment is made during the next 7 working days following issue of the order, as specified in the payment conditions. Deadline for registration through the web site: 15th October 2010.

Commodities Exchange Day:
It will be possible to register for the Commodities Exchange Day until 15th October through the web site www.reus2010.com. The organisers will have an information and registration point on 27th and 28th October from 9.00am to 6.00pm and on 29th October from 8.00am to 1.00pm at FIRA DE REUS (payments accepted: credit card and onsite euros). Participants already registered and staying at one of the organisation-recommended hotels will be able to collect their documentation at their hotel.

Gala Dinner and Commodities Exchange Day Lunch:
It is possible to register for the Gala Dinner and the Commodities Exchange Day Lunch up to 15th October 2010 through the web site. From this date onwards, check availability of places at the counter in FIRA DE REUS. Hours: 27th and 28th October from 9.00am to 6.00pm and on 29th October from 8.00am to 1.00pm (payments accepted: credit card and onsite euros).

Customers can book tables of at least 10 persons.

Social Programme:
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the excursions due to the weather or other causes. All excursions must have at least 20 participants. It will be possible to register for excursions up to 15th October 2010 through the web site. From this date onwards, check availability of places at the counter in FIRA DE REUS Hours: 27th and 28th October from 9.00am to 6.00pm and on 29th October from 8.00am to 1.00pm (payments accepted: credit card and onsite euros).

Cancellation of registration (commodities exchange day, gala dinner, commodities exchange day lunch, social programme):
Registrations may be cancelled up to 31st August 2010 and the amount paid refunded. The refund will have an administration cost of €30. Any requests for cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to Reus Borsa 2010. From 31st August onwards, no refunds of registration fees will be made.

All registrations completed before 31st August will be included in the catalogue of exhibitors and participants and in the lists of exhibitors and participants on the web site. From this date onwards, we cannot guarantee that they will appear in these places.

EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS

There is no deadline for arranging desks or stands until the capacity of the exhibition space is filled. Their location will be determined according to the order of requests and their features. From 30th June all reservations for stands, desks and sponsorship/advertising will carry a 20% surcharge.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be notified in writing to Reus Borsa 2010 AIE
Up to 31st May – Refund of the amount paid less 15% for administrative costs
Up to 31st July – Refund of the amount paid less 50% for administrative costs
From 31st July onwards, no refunds will be made.

HOTELS

The total cost of the hotel nights booked must be paid in advance. The prices are listed on the event web site and are per person per night (buffet-type breakfast included). In the event of changes to government taxation, the prices must adjust to these. Clients will be notified immediately of any such changes. Hotel guests are responsible for paying all extra charges incurred during their stay or for any extension of it. Reus Borsa 2010 takes no responsibility for any loss of or damage to luggage or property of guests in the hotel. Hotel bookings are guaranteed once the bill for them has been paid. Please inform Reus Borsa 2010 if you wish to check into your hotel after 6.00pm. If your arrival is delayed or brought forward for any reason, please contact the hotel directly.

Deadline for booking hotels: 1st August 2010. Dated extended until 20st September. (Subject to availability)

From this date onwards, organisation-recommended hotels can only be booked if rooms are available.

The dates for hotel bookings are as follows:
From 28th to 29th October (1 night)
From 28th to 30th October (2 nights)
From 28th to 31th October (3 nights)
From 27th to 31st October (4 nights)

For other dates, please consult the organisers about availability.

Cancellations:
Bookings can be changed and rooms cancelled up to 15th August. Refunds of amounts paid up to that date will incur a charge of €30 (plus VAT) for administration costs per room. From 15th August onwards, no changes or cancellations are possible.

INVOICES:

All invoices issued for registration for the Commodities Exchange Day will include a fee of €15 to cover administration costs. This cost does not apply to arranging products, except for booking the hotel, which will incur an extra fee of €25 per person to cover the services provided at the hotels by the organisers. These hotels will have an information and documentation pick-up point for participants and free transfers to the Gala Dinner and the Commodities Exchange Day (on 28th and 29th October 2010).

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All payments must be made within the 7 working days following the date of the order. Confirmation of the order will be sent automatically, with all details of the participant and their basket of products. These may be consulted at any time through the web site. Any new purchases made will be added to the registered participant’s shopping basket. Every order will have a corresponding invoice.

All orders not paid within the seven-day period will incur a surcharge of €50 for each demand issued by the organisers and will be cancelled before the event is held. Any kind of discount or condition contained in them will be cancelled if payment is not made within the period set for the preferential conditions in question.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact the organisers. Payment by credit card incurs a surcharge of 5% of the amount invoiced.

Reus Borsa 2010 AIE takes no responsibility for personal injury, accident or harm of any kind or for any extra expenses resulting from changes of dates or venues for the event.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to hotels for organisational reasons and the convenience of attendees.
